Summary

Principal Duties

 

Strategic:

  • Follow and report to the creative director on the progress of the project

  • Coordinate with vendors, team members, and clients to organize project expectations

  • Monitor and report on project budget and spending

  • Evaluate and identify challenges and utilize resources to solve problems

  • Collaborate with team members in planning the details of upcoming projects

  • Organize and track all project documents

 

Required: 

  • Experience in the horse industry and a passion to serve horses, horse lovers, and industry professionals.

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage and work within project timeline and budget constraints

  • Ability to work methodically and independently 

  • Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively

  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a fast-paced team

  • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines

  • Ability to own projects, demonstrate good judgment when working with team members and client contacts, and take initiative

  • Experience managing day-to-day changes at every level of detail

 

Preferred: 

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

  • Experience in an environment working with project management, marketing, advertising or PR campaigns, print and social media 


Language:

Native English or have perfect grammar 

 

Job Type: 

Independent Contractor

 

Compensation: 

Hourly (based on experience) plus tips for meeting or exceeding project goals
